Sales Process
| Step 1 | Dealer Release
Every Friday at 12:00 PM EST, we host our official Dealer Drop—this is when authorized dealers can purchase that week’s completed production inventory. We maintain constant communication with our dealer network regarding current production, upcoming batches, and availability. Inventory is allocated as fairly as possible based on overall dealer engagement and performance.
| Step 2 | Retail Drop
For new models and major releases, we coordinate Retail Drops, where participating dealers release product online at the same time.
We support these releases with:
- coordinated social media pushes
- shared media assets
- product photography
- an extensive email campaign to our customer base with product details and clickable dealer logos, driving purchasers to your store

As part of this system, dealers receive monthly sales reports showing how many redirected sales were made into your territory, which products were purchased and what customers in your region are responding to. This information helps you plan your ordering, balance
your inventory, and stay stocked on what’s actually moving.
